The Account Service Manager (ASM) is responsible for managing the transactions and relations with all “house accounts.” The ASM is responsible for both the day-to-day and strategic levels of managing these clients. He/she is a talented administrator and Project Manager who is also experienced in managing leadership development and/or coaching programs. The ASM is a responsive resource and thought partner to help clients achieve their program’s coaching outcomes. Most of the work is done by phone and email. The ASM reports to the CS Director of Operations.
