Building a Multi Year Leadership Engagement Training Initiatives for a Small to Medium Size Business

Whether working internally or externally, consulting psychologists are often asked to help small and medium size business resolve their consulting needs, including leadership training, succession planning, and employee engagement. Often the scope of this work spans years. June Walker, the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of First County Bank and client to Desormeaux Leadership Consulting, had and continues to have a long term action plan aligned with corporate strategy and initiatives: namely increasing employee engagement and developing their employees for succession planning. This concurrent session will be an open conversation between the CHRO of First County Bank with consulting psychologist, Lyne Desormeaux, of Desormeaux Leadership Consulting about a multi-year engagement in Leadership Training Initiatives at the Bank. The session will discuss the collaboration in designing a leadership strategy, updating the leadership strategy. It will also discuss how Dr. Desormeaux and the CHRO of First County Bank customized and are designing a multi-year program for Frist County Bank.
