Mark Sirkin, PhD
B Corps, or Benefit Corporations, are a new form of business in the U.S. Unlike publicly-held C Corps, B Corps are legally required to use multiple metrics beyond only the traditional one of profit for shareholders. This enables B corps to be responsible corporate citizens, doing good for their workers, good for the community, and good for the environment. Are B Corps the future of capitalism? How do we, as consultants, assist them? These are questions that will be addressed in this talk.
