Accelerating Leadership Development with Applied Improvisation

“Applied improvisation” is a set of tools, skills, and mind-sets developed by improvisational theater experts and modified for application to real-world challenges. Organizational leadership is one such challenge. Session participants have the opportunity to experience multiple improvisational exercises and their associated debriefs. By “performing,” rather than just hearing about these activities, participants will be able to decide how they might use applied improvisation to accelerate leadership development in their own clients.
