Leading now happens in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous world demanding creative collaboration and more inclusive, cooperative engagement of constituents. This session will present a new assessment that has been applied in a variety of ways to meet this need. A case example from GE’s acquisition of Alstom Energy will be shared to illustrate a best-case application of the tool.

- Demonstrate and identify at least two leadership applications of the VIEW assessment based on the theory and data provided.
- Analyze one or more of the insights learned and implications of the VIEW assessment.
