The most up-to-date research on the relationship between employee wellbeing and organizational performance will be discussed. Questions, such as: Is there evidence of a causal link between employee wellbeing and organizational performance? Which is more predictive of performance: physical (health risk assessment information) or psychological well-being? How does job satisfaction factor into this relationship? Performance improvement, policy, intervention, and outcome evaluation implications for organizations will be addressed.

  • Discuss at least two well-being predictors of organizational performance.
  • Discuss how current research on employee well-being is related to organizational performance.
