The Positions – In 2015, LWF is looking to add another full-time Executive Consultant to our team. LWF’s newest team member will play critical roles, including 1) proactively identifying, developing, and nurturing new client relationships, 2) designing, proposing, and managing innovative client solutions, 3) delivering premier services, both individually and as a part of teams, 4) representing the firm in business, professional, and academic settings, and 5) advancing the practices of the firm and field of Consulting Psychology.
Very importantly, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to win the trust and respect of colleagues and clients and become a strong influence on the firm. He or she will have the opportunity to participate in the senior leadership of the firm — helping to set the vision and direction of the firm, determine priorities and budgets, provide critical input on major decisions, and participate in Advisory Board Meetings with LWF’s Advisory Board of Directors. Depending on education, experience, and passions, the individual may also have the opportunity to lead one of LWF’s core practice areas including, Assessment Solutions, Coaching Solutions, Assessment and Development Products, or Science & Research.

Position Qualifications – The successful candidate will have a PhD in Counseling, Clinical, Consulting, or I/O Psychology, or a related field. Being licensed or license-eligible in Texas is preferred, but not required. He or she will have at least 5-10 years of post-degree experience conceptualizing, developing, and delivering executive assessments (for development and selection) and executive coaching, preferably in a consulting firm environment. The strongest candidates for this position will have strong business experience where they have developed and executed vision and strategy, and led and managed others. Strong client facing, presentation, and writing skills are essential in this position.
