Taking Leadership to the Next Level: Outcome Evaluation of University-Based Staff Coaching Program

We have a unique training program for future organizational consultants and executive coaches. Interns at Organizational Development Services coach University staff and faculty in their leadership skills and personal development. Following the coaching, participants completed an outcome evaluation about their experience and the achievement of their coaching goals. This poster will review the results of the outcome evaluation and highlight the relevant factors in the participants’ experience of leadership development and goal achievement.
