Xecutive Metrix Associate Consultant Position (2 Openings)

 

ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT IN ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

The qualified candidates will possess a PhD in Psychology or PsyD with a minimum of 1-2 years field

experience. Position will be located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Experience that allows you to immediately:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Xecutive MetrixTM

philosophy, boutique solutions and models for how to build masterful

leaders, teams and organizations

• Understand the defined target market for prospective clients and the

competition in the marketplace

• Learn valuable consulting program and facilitative design skills and

tools to quickly assume the Associate Consultant role for developing

prospect proposals, attending sales calls, and attending/co-facilitating

consulting engagements

• Learn the elements for effectively managing consulting projects

(milestone tracking, status reporting, resource accountability, basic

project financial implications, etc.)

• Learn the elements for effectively managing client relationships

(organization culture, client needs, preferred modes of

communication, strengths and triggers for gaps, points of sensitivity

and confidentiality, etc.)

• Develop a deep understanding of the latest thinking around

leadership, teams and organizations and how to translate that

research into enhancements for existing solution offerings

• Develop an understanding of the Xecutive Metrix sales process and

pipeline management tools and co-attend networking events and

meetings with a consultant or marketing to gain exposure and build

comfort with the sales environment

• Work as a team member and support projects led by other

• Ability to travel 40-50%

• Graduate level writing skills

• Exceptional English communication skills – oral, aural and visual

• A team player–working with and through others to achieve goals

• Willingness to learn

• Ability to receive feedback openly and with a positive attitude

• MAC, PC and Microsoft Office operating knowledge

• Valid US drivers license with exceptional driving record
