MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT:

Welcome to the Society of Consulting Psychology Annual Conference. Our conference is a necessity for organizational psychologists who are serious about practice development, understanding both best practices and cutting edge developments in consulting, and building a professional network that will sustain a professional career. If you are considering a career in consulting psychology, this is where you will have the formative conversations with top consultants, often the people who have shaped the field, that can open opportunities you may not have known about. If you are someone from a marginalized community, the conference is where you will find colleagues who have mastered the art and science of succeeding in multiple cultures. For many of us, the conference is where our enthusiasm for making a difference in organizational life and leadership is re-ignited. It is here that we are most truly our whole selves in the company of other professionals who are similarly committed to humane workplaces and organizations that fulfill their missions.
