In this session, participants will learn how effective leadership is influenced by six timeless virtues, in addition to a set of best practices for instilling these in the leaders we coach. By the end, participants will have developed a solid understanding of the virtue-based leadership approach, in addition to a set of proven strategies which practitioners can readily incorporate into their existing practice.

This program is designed for both experienced and early career consultants, graduate students, and those working within the leadership development field. Participants completing this session will be eligible for 1.5 CE credits.

A little about the presenter…

Larry Newton, PhD., is an experienced consultant whose career has been as a consultant on person-job fit, and the development of people in the workplace. He has assessed thousands of leaders in nearly every industry, and has consulted with companies on improving human performance, succession planning, leadership and corporate culture development, and large-scale organizational change. He is currently the Principal Consultant at Peter Rock Consulting, Inc., which he formed in 1998.
