Paul A. Sciuto

Paul Sciuto is the General Manager of Monterey One Water, a regional wastewater and water reuse utility. Having devoted more than 30 years of his career exclusively to the potable water, wastewater, and recycled water sectors, Paul has an advanced theoretical and practical understanding of the industry. His leadership at Monterey One Water resulted in the first potable reuse facility in northern California and is now advancing the nexus between water reuse and green energy.
