Principal of Lubna Somjee, Ph.D. since 2005, Dr. Somjee is an executive coach and DEI consultant passionate about using science to effect change and growth, with the thread of diversity and inclusion throughout her work. She works with a variety of individuals around professional/leadership issues, including working with professionals of color to help them navigate leadership issues within the context of workplace racism. Additionally, she works with teams using a rapid discovery process to pinpoint internal issues and brainstorm sustainable solutions.
